We are seeing casual weddings pop up all over the place putting less focus on the over-the-top elegance and more on creating a homey atmosphere.  I can’t even count the times I hear a bride say that her style will be “Casual Elegance”.   But when we’re talking casual…it’s easy to slip from backyard to beer yard in a hot bitchy second!  Keeping the “elegance” in your “casual yet elegant” soiree takes a little discretion.  Realize that just because you’re doing bbq dinner or your favorite comfort foods, doesn’t mean it has to LOOK like it did when mama cooks it. Don’t stick a slab of meat in front of your guests and expect it to end pretty…
